It will not invent results
If your portfolio does not show it, the proposal will not claim it. That is a hard rule, not a setting.
It will not win a job you cannot do
It presents your real work well. It is not a substitute for being able to deliver, and pretending otherwise would cost you more than it earned.
It is not a template filler
Two proposals for two different jobs do not share structure. If a job is simple, the proposal is short.
